i recently stayed in mount pocono and had an extraordinary time at this b&b. tom and maureen truly exceeded my expectations with their warm hospitality and gourmet breakfasts. i was particularly impressed with the cozy atmosphere and the homemade pastries available all day.

wi-fi was slow at times.

The breakfast was gourmet, with unique dishes like a vegetable skillet and yogurt parfaits. The hosts provided wonderful snacks and were very accommodating to dietary needs. I felt at home and relaxed during my stay. The overall atmosphere was cozy and inviting. 😊

I had an amazing stay at Maurrocks. The room was immaculate, with a super comfortable bed. Tom greeted me warmly and made me feel right at home. The living room had a cozy fire, which was perfect for the rainy weather. I loved the delicious snacks, especially the homemade muffins and the sangria. Breakfast was gourmet—a yogurt parfait with seasonal fruit and a skillet with sweet potatoes, Gorgonzola, and fresh eggs. Everything felt fresh and locally sourced. Despite the high quality, the Wi-Fi was slow at times, which was a bit frustrating when I needed to check something online. Climbing the slate stairs with luggage felt challenging, so accessibility could definitely be improved.

A cozy getaway

Had an amazing time! Tom was super welcoming, and the snacks upon arrival were a nice touch. The breakfast was next level, with a delicious skillet that was full of flavor. The only thing was the Wi-Fi connection wasn’t great, which made uploading pics a bit slow. Definitely worth checking out if you want a chill vibe!

This place suits me perfectly! With free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a warm welcome drink, I feel right at home. The staff once helped me with a late departure, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend staying here! I'm definitely coming back for another trip.

I really loved how conveniently close I was to Fork Street Bistro and Bakery, just a short walk away, and enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was served each morning, making my stay feel very homely.

Our stay was cozy and serene. Enjoyed the complimentary wine and snacks available anytime. Loved the charm of the decor!

Stayed one night in a lovely, cozy room. Tom and Maureen made us feel like family, and their stunning breakfasts were a standout! Truly a slice of heaven with local ingredients and homemade charm.

The only downside? I overindulged and now my jeans are giving me the side-eye! Note to self, eat less and savor more next time!

The standard queen room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. Cozy vibes with antique furniture and an electric fireplace kept us warm. Breakfast was gourmet, featuring a skillet with sweet potatoes and Gorgonzola. Homemade pastries. Snacks and drinks were available all day, too.

Just a commendable fit for a weekend trip in Mount Pocono with good value for cost. The cozy atmosphere really made you feel at home. Just be careful with the stairs if you have a lot of luggage.

The chair in my room was uncomfortable, but I wished I had more time there.

The Standard Queen Room was gorgeous and super clean. The bed was incredibly comfy, and I loved the cozy electric fireplace! The decor had this charming antique vibe, making it feel really special. Everything was in great shape, and I felt so at home. Plus, I can't forget about the personalized touches from the hosts, which made the whole experience even better.
